Aaron Jensen, Artistic DirectorAaron Jensen is an internationally-published composer, arranger, clinician, and performer based out of Toronto, Canada. His creative offerings have been performed across North and South America, Asia, Europe, and Australia by artists such as ImilonjiKaNtu Choral Society (South Africa), Young Adelaide Voices (Australia), Zvonky-Praha (Czech Republic), Voices of Namibia (Namibia), Bobby McFerrin (US), The Elmer Iseler Singers (Canada) and the Elora Festival Singers (Canada). Commissions include: world-renowned Swingle Singers, Nathaniel Dett Chorale, Vox Humana, Windago, and Serenade! Choral Festival Washington DC, and SING! for ‘From Sea to Sea’ (Centrediscs/NAXOS). Jensen was awarded the grand prize by the International John Lennon Songwriting Competition in the jazz category. Travis KnightsA Montreal native, Travis caught the dancing bug at the age of 10. At 16, he was cast as a principal dancer in the motion picture biography of Bill 'Bojangles’ Robinson, featuring Gregory Hines and Savion Glover. In 2006, he was the principal tap dancer in the video game adaptation of Warner Brother's 'Happy Feet'. In '07- '08, was a Tap Dance consultant for Cirque du Soleil in Montreal. He has won several freestyle battles such as the Unity 3v3 All Styles, Running To Vegas, and the TUDS Qualifier Round by Gadfly.
Mississauga Summer ChoraleThe Mississauga Summer Chorale unites Cawthra Park Secondary School alumni with a love for choral music in a summer choir experience, culminating in a concert. Chantelle MostachoIndependent Toronto-based dance artist. Since the early age of five, she received extensive training in contemporary, modern, ballet, jazz, hip hop, and partnering. NukariikKathy Kettler and Kendra Tagoona are two talented Inuit women who perform contemporary and traditional Inuit music in the styles of throat singing, a ya ya singing and drumming. With roots in Kangiqsualujjuaq, Quebec and Baker Lake, Nunavut, Kathy and Kendra have lived most of their lives in southern Canada, but maintain a strong connection to their culture through their Inuit friends, Elders and family.
